Hazel Zhang is an experienced Project Management and Digital Experience Professional with a strong background in agile methodologies and project execution. Skilled in project scoping, portfolio management, stakeholder communication, and leveraging digital tools for successful project outcomes. Specializes in CMS production, UX/UI enhancements, Martech implementations, and data analysis for optimized digital experiences.
Simon Anicich is a Digital Experience Specialist with WesTrac, the Caterpillar Machinery dealer for NSW, WA and the ACT. Simon primarily works across the WesTrac CMS platform and their customer portal, FitFleet. As part of the DX Team, Simon is constantly looking for ways to improve the online customer experience to make it easier doing business with WesTrac.
